Pickerington Oktoberfest This Saturday

On Saturday, Sept. 25 head over to Combustion Brewery & Taproom at 80 West Church Street for the Pickerington Village Oktoberfest from 9 am to 10 pm.  The free event will include live entertainment, food trucks, a beer mile and more.

Contests throughout the day will including barrel rolling, stein holding and cream puff eating.

While the entire family is encouraged to enjoy the festivities, runners in the Oktoberfest Beer Mile must be 21 and older.

What’s a Beer Mile? According to Combustion’s event page:
Chug a beer. Run a quarter mile. Chug a beer. Run a quarter mile. Chug a beer. Run a quarter mile. Chug a beer. Run a quarter mile. Try not to puke.

The rules. No exceptions.
1. YOU MUST BE 21 TO RUN THIS EVENT**. You will be REQUIRED to have ID with you when you pick up your bib.
No ID – No running.
2. ALL beer will be provided and poured by Combustion Brewery. No outside beer will be brought in.
3. You are REQUIRED to either have a designated driver for the event, or take an Uber ( or Lyft or pedicab….) . YES! WE’LL ASK! You will not be able to participate if you do not have a plan, you will not be able to drive home if you participate in the event. An Uber will be called for you.
