BUCKEYE LAKE, OH – Communities throughout the Buckeye Lake Region, along with local veteran organizations and first responder agencies, will unite to honor those who serve during a tribute parade featuring the World-Famous Budweiser Clydesdales on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
The parade will begin and end at Goodwill Industries, located at 10933 Hebron Road, and will travel along Walnut Road with a ceremonial stop at North Shore State Park. The stop will include a short patriotic tribute featuring remarks from Mayor Goodman and a bagpipe performance of the National Anthem. Attendees will also experience the presence of the World-Famous Budweiser Clydesdales, a beloved symbol of tradition and celebration.
This regional tribute will celebrate the courage, dedication, and sacrifice of veterans, law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMS personnel, and other emergency responders from Buckeye Lake, Hebron, Millersport, and Thornville. The event will provide residents and visitors an opportunity to recognize the individuals who have dedicated their lives to serving and protecting our communities.
Residents and visitors are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, gather along the parade route, and wear patriotic colors to show their appreciation for those who serve. Veterans, service members, and first responders are invited to wear their uniforms as the community comes together for this meaningful celebration.
