Memorial Day Service Held at Silent Home

Friday, May 27, American Legion Post 798 held a Memorial Day service to honor the men and women of the United States Armed Forces.

The ceremony, held at Silent Home Cemetery in downtown Reynoldsburg, was attended by officials from the city of Reynoldsburg and Truro Township.

Cadets from the Rickenbacker Civil Air Patrol retired the cemetery’s flag then raised a new one. A bugler played Taps. After the service, Scouts from Troop 256 placed American flags on veterans’ graves.
