Pickerington author to host story time in conjunction with hundreds of others across the US for the Kirk Cameron movement: See You at the Library.

“On August 5, 2023, we are calling on all families who love God and love America to gather at our local public libraries to pray, sing, and read BRAVE Books and other books of virtue. Imagine thousands of local public libraries filled by you, your friends, your pastors, your teachers and your local representatives on this date.”

While the local Pickerington author, Theresa Garee, will be unable to read a BRAVE book, she will read her own faith-based children’s books during the 30-minute event.

“I heard about the event on August 2 when reading my morning news threads and decided to jump in headfirst! I believe that libraries should be FOR ALL and that means having a fair catalog that supports such,” said Garee.
