Sheriff, Alex Lape states that on January 19, members of the Fairfield County Investigations Bureau, along with the Franklin County Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force conducted a search warrant in the 300 block of Oak Street in Amanda, OH 43102.

During the execution of the search warrant it was discovered that Justin Boyd, age 34 of Amanda was in possession of material that contains nudity of a minor. Justin Boyd was arrested and charged with one count of illegal use of a minor or impaired person in nudity oriented, material or performance.

Justin Boyd is presumed innocent until proven guilty. This case is currently under investigation.
