LANCASTER, Ohio – Dr. Carri Brown, Fairfield County Auditor, joined Angela Krile, president and CEO of Krile Communications host of the Leading Joyfully podcast as a guest recently to discuss the pursuit of joy in leadership. In an informal discussion, Dr. Brown was interviewed about why, in leadership, finding joy does not always come naturally and sometimes need to be intentionally sought out.
Available on podcast platforms such as Apple, Spotify and YouTube, Leading Joyfully is a bi-weekly conversation designed to explore the positive outcomes great leaders achieve and how they achieve them. Guests share insight into the challenges faced, the inspiration fostered and the joy, both expected and unexpected, that is discovered along the way.
Each episode features a candid, 20- to 30-minute discussion with leaders, creators, and everyday high-performers who have valuable insights to share.
“Our goal is simple — to give listeners practical takeaways they can apply joyfully, while giving our guests a relaxed space to tell their stories, highlight their work, and make an even bigger difference than they already have,” said Krile. “I think it appeals to so many people — professionals, entrepreneurs, and lifelong learners — who are seeking inspiration, clarity, and the tools to lead from wherever they are in their lives or their careers. We are grateful to have had Carri on the show and appreciate the opportunity to have learned some unique approaches to leadership success.”
In addition to podcast platforms, Krile’s conversation with her guests will be available to view on the podcast’s YouTube channel, @LeadingJoyfullyPodcast.
