We will set out on a hike to search for bugs in different habitats – forest, pond, field – to see what lives in each. After collecting bugs using nets or our hands, we will put them in containers and study them! An expedition that is fun for the whole family!

The final wildflowers of the year line the sunny edges of the wetlands, forest, and open meadows. These flowers are a valuable source of energy for insects preparing for the coming of winter.
