CANAL WINCHESTER, Ohio — Costumes, community and fall fun return to central Ohio on Saturday, October 25, for the 9th Annual Running Scared 5K.
This costume-themed run/walk is part of the Canal Wellness Fest, a morning of community wellness activities hosted by the Canal Winchester Chamber and presented by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and Diley Ridge Medical Center.
Canal Wellness Fest takes place at Canal Winchester High School and begins with a free Health Fair from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., followed by the costume-themed 5K at 10:00 a.m.
Running Scared 5K participants receive a race shirt, bib and medal, with prizes for standout costumes in youth and adult categories.
