2:28 p.m. – Police issued a “No Trespass” order to a 17-year-old girl who caused a scene at the Pickerington Library’s Main Branch after being denied access to the video game consoles.
2:53 p.m. – A 19-year-old male of Columbus and a 55-year-old male of Pickerington struck each other’s vehicles on Hill Rd. near Old Diley Rd. No injuries were reported and fault was undetermined.
October 7
8:20 a.m. – An 18-year-old female of Pickerington reported that a 19-year-old male repeatedly showed up at her place of employment and threatened her. Investigation is ongoing.
9:04 a.m. – A license was found at England St. and Heft Ct. and turned in to police.
9:21 a.m. – A 68-year-old male of Reynoldsburg was cited for not maintaining a safe distance after rear-ending a vehicle driven by a 39-year-old female of Etna on Hill Rd. near I-70. No injuries reported.
11:17 a.m. – A 41-year-old male of Lancaster lost control of his vehicle due to weather conditions and struck a vehicle driven by a 63-year-old female of Blacklick on Refugee Rd. near Fullers Way. No citation issued. No injuries reported.
4:26 p.m. – A 32-year-old male of Columbus came to the police station on Refugee Rd. to pay bond for an active warrant.
7:44 p.m. – A 45-year-old female of Carroll reported unauthorized use of her vehicle by a mechanic who stopped communicating with her. The vehicle was later recovered by Columbus Police.
8:38 p.m. – A 41-year-old male of Fairfield Township was taken to jail for public intoxication on Hill Rd.
9:49 p.m. – A 42-year-old male of Pickerington was arrested for OVI after striking several mailboxes on Long Rd. He was later released to a family member.
October 8
11:25 a.m. – A 31-year-old female of Pickerington reported violations of a protection order on Courtright Dr. E.
1:25 p.m. – A 51-year-old female of Baltimore was cited for marked lanes and driving under suspension after colliding with a vehicle driven by a 41-year-old male of Columbus on Refugee Rd. near Stonecreek Dr. S. No injuries reported.
2:28 p.m. – A 17-year-old female of Pickerington was trespassed from a business on Opportunity Way after causing a disturbance.
2:36 p.m. – A business on Hill Rd. reported a 33-year-old male suspect of Newark filled baskets with meat and left the store. Investigation pending.
10:30 p.m. – An abandoned vehicle was towed from Winderly Ln.
October 9
9:28 a.m. – A 65-year-old male of Pickerington struck a vehicle driven by a 50-year-old female of Pickerington at Cross Creeks Blvd. and Clint Dr. The drivers exchanged information.
12:56 p.m. – A 59-year-old female of Canal Winchester struck a vehicle driven by a 78-year-old female of Pickerington on Hill Rd. The drivers exchanged information.
3:15 p.m. – A 28-year-old male of Lancaster was cited for a stop sign violation after colliding with a vehicle driven by a 42-year-old male of Glenford on Diley Rd. near Preston Trails Dr.
5:46 p.m. – A 23-year-old female of Pickerington was cited for failure to yield after colliding with a vehicle driven by a 34-year-old female of Pickerington at Hill Rd. N. and Stonecreek Dr. Medics cleared everyone at the scene.
October 10
9:42 a.m. – A 42-year-old male of Fairfield Township was arrested for disorderly conduct at Drug Mart and taken to Fairfield County Jail. He had allegedly been hanging around the store drunk for three days in a row. Police had arrested him for similar behavior on Oct. 4.
11:23 a.m. – A 41-year-old female of Reynoldsburg reported ongoing threats involving her children and other juveniles on Opportunity Way. Investigation pending.
12:21 p.m. – An employee on Blacklick-Eastern Rd. reported a female suspect left the store without paying for approximately $1,839 in merchandise. Investigation pending.
12:58 p.m. – A 20-year-old female of Reynoldsburg was cited for failure to yield after colliding with a vehicle driven by a 37-year-old male of Pickerington on Hill Rd. near Stonecreek Dr. The male was transported to the hospital.
5:25 p.m. – A 43-year-old female of Columbus reported her vehicle was broken into on Blacklick-Eastern Rd. and her wallet and several bank cards were taken and used at a local business.
8:00 p.m. – An employee reported two females stealing more than $5,500 worth of merchandise from a business on Blacklick-Eastern Rd. Investigation pending.
8:20 p.m. – A 41-year-old male of Pickerington was cited for fictitious license plates and driving under suspension at Hill Rd. and Refugee Rd. The vehicle was towed.
October 11
7:37 a.m. – An 80-year-old male of Pickerington reported losing $64,000 in an online scam. Investigation pending.
10:19 a.m. – A 41-year-old female of Pickerington reported an argument with a 60-year-old female against whom she had a protection order on Lanning St. The 60-year-old was arrested and taken to Fairfield County Jail.
12:12 p.m. – A 44-year-old female of Pickerington reported that a 43-year-old female of New York, N.Y. was posting nude photos of her online. Advice was given.
12:40 p.m. – A 31-year-old female of Pickerington was given a warning for failure to control after striking a vehicle driven by a 46-year-old male of Grove City on Rambling Brook Dr.
6:37 p.m. – A 17-year-old male of Columbus was cited for reckless operation on private property after striking a vehicle driven by a 24-year-old female of Lancaster on Stonecreek Dr. S. Minor injuries were reported, but no one was transported.
11:33 p.m. – A 21-year-old male of Columbus was cited for driving under suspension after running a red light at Hill Rd. and Refugee Rd. The vehicle was towed.
October 12
2:44 a.m. – A 23-year-old male of Cincinnati was cited for driving under suspension and misuse of dealer tags after being stopped for no taillights on Hill Rd. near Commerce Dr. The vehicle was towed.
7:00 p.m. – A 52-year-old female of Pickerington was transported to the hospital after overdosing on prescription medication at a residence on Kohler St.
8:39 p.m. – A 16-year-old male of Pickerington reported being robbed in Columbus, but after speaking with his guardian, officers learned he fabricated the story because he was late coming home.
