10:11 am: A 45-year-old woman told police that someone had stolen her identity and accessed her accounts. Items purchased with her information had all been delivered to an apartment in Paterson, New Jersey.

2:53 pm: A man suspected of shoplifting from multiple Kohl’s locations was escorted from the Pickerington location.
3:09 pm: A resident of The Landing told police that Mount Carmel Urgent Care treated her for puncture wounds after her neighbor’s boxer mix jumped the fence and bit her hand.
November 4
3:50 pm: Ulta Beauty reported that five items totaling approximately $600 went missing the previous night.
November 5
4:22 pm: Officials from Nationwide Children’s Hospital notified Pickerington Police that they were investigating Kindercare Learning Center after a mother brought her daughter to the hospital with a bruised cheek. The mother alleged that the injury occurred while the child was at daycare.
8:33 pm: Police pulled over a Dodge Charger on Hill Road near Refugee because the owner, a 48-year-old man, had a suspended license.
November 7
9:26 pm: An officer pulled over a Ford Mustang on Hill Road near Stonecreek Drive South because the owner was wanted on a warrant. However, the person driving the car was the owner’s mother, who had a suspended license.
November 8
2:04 pm: The brakes reportedly failed on a Local Waste Authority garbage truck as it took the ramp from westbound Interstate 70 onto Hill Road. To avoid colliding with vehicles on Hill Road, the driver turned right, and the truck toppled onto its side. Both the driver and the passenger sustained minor injuries.
November 9
2:28 am: While on patrol, an officer discovered a vehicle light bar lying near the intersection of Columbus Street and Hill Road.
12:06 am: Traveling southbound on Hill Road, an officer came upon a BMW 330 near MacLeod Parc that was allegedly weaving outside of its lane and braking without apparent cause. When the vehicle turned onto Stonebridge Boulevard, the officer conducted a traffic stop. The 49-year-old woman driving the BMW reportedly told officers that she was taking her friend to her home in Huntington Hills after an evening at Flanagan’s Pub. She allegedly refused to take a field sobriety test but blew a .154 on the breath test. The legal limit in Ohio is 0.08.
12:20 pm: Police were called to Ulta Beauty on a report that a 45-year-old man and a 44-year-old woman were allegedly shoplifting.
9:10 pm: After allegedly witnessing a Tesla Model 3 turn left onto southbound Hill Road from Columbus Street after the light turned red, an officer conducted a traffic stop near Ridgeview Junior High School. After citing the 40-year-old driver for the red-light violation and not carrying her license, the officer reportedly clocked her driving away at 32 mph in a 25-mph zone.
November 10
2:41 pm: An officer pulled over a Honda Accord near the intersection of Hill Road and McLeod Parc after allegedly witnessing it make marked lane violations. The 37-year-old driver had a suspended license and had been involved in two prior incidents of driving while intoxicated. A half-empty bottle of vodka was reportedly found in his car.
2:12 pm: Police received a call from employees at Popeye’s reporting that a 52-year-old drive-thru customer pulled a gun on them after she was informed that there were no more apple pies. However, the surveillance footage allegedly shows the 38-year-old drive-thru worker calling the customer a “bitch” when she asked to be refunded. When the customer asked the employee for his name, he reportedly leaned out the window to show the name badge on his chest. The woman told police that when he encroached on her personal space, she became fearful and reached for her gun, but she never pointed it at him. Popeye’s reportedly fired the drive-thru worker. The woman told police that she felt threatened by him entering her space.
November 11
3:21 pm: A 52-year-old woman was allegedly caught shoplifting from Ulta Beauty.
5:39 pm: A door was left open at the post office when it should not have been. At the time of the report, nothing was discovered to be missing.
6:00 pm: Police cited a 19-year-old woman for driving without a license after the Chevrolet Malibu she was driving allegedly drifted into a Ford Edge on southbound Diley Road just past Preston Trails.
8:51 pm: Two teenage boys allegedly left Secret Nails and Foot Spa without paying for having their nails painted. Each manicure cost $98.
November 12
2:45 pm: A 17-year-old boy told police that his coworker at Mackenzie River (also 17 years old) threatened to shoot him. The coworker allegedly made the threats after the boy had reported him to management for not completing his cleaning duties.
6:42 pm: A 45-year-old woman told police that an unknown person had opened bank accounts in her name.
November 13
9:25 am: Kindercare Daycare reportedly placed a 23-year-old employee on leave after a three-year-old girl told her mother that the woman had pinched her and thrown her onto a cot.
9:54 am: A 42-year-old man was arrested on multiple warrants after an officer pulled over the Infiniti JX35 he was driving for traveling 40 mph in the 25-mph zone of Columbus Street. The man did not have a license.
12:55 pm: Police arrested a 30-year-old man on multiple warrants after he was allegedly spotted concealing merchandise in his clothing at Kohl’s.
4:50 pm: A 42-year-old man was arrested at Fairfield Federal Credit Union for attempting to cash a forged check in the amount of $986.12. He was accompanied by his 16-year-old daughter. The man told police that he was cashing the check on behalf of a stranger he met in “the Bottoms” who was currently parked in a black SUV behind Skyline Chili. He said that a friend of his daughter told him that the stranger would pay $200 to people who would take his checks and then return with the cash. Three other individuals who had entered the credit union earlier that day were also believed to be involved in the same alleged fraud. Police located the stranger in his vehicle behind Skyline Chili and took him into custody. The 31-year-old man had previously been indicted on multiple check-forgery cases out of Champaign County.
5:33 pm: Two women (ages 20 and 18) and a 17-year-old girl allegedly shoplifted from Kohl’s and then rode away in a Nissan Versa. The 22-year-old man driving the Nissan did not have a license.
November 14
3:35 pm: Store surveillance cameras at Ulta Beauty reportedly captured an unknown woman stealing $397 worth of fragrances.
November 15
9:14 pm: A 34-year-old woman was cited for driving without a license after an officer pulled over her Toyota Camry on Stonecreek Drive for a marked lanes violation.
5:53 pm: A Dodge Journey turning left from Town Square Drive onto North Center Street allegedly ran over the foot of a 73-year-old woman who was in the crosswalk. The 32-year-old woman driving the Dodge told police that she did not see the woman or the woman’s 73-year-old husband, who sustained scrapes to his hand.
