7:12 a.m. Officers responded to a report of a 62-year-old man threatening a 66-year-old woman in the area of Knights Bridge Drive. The parties were separated, and the man was transported to the police station, where he paid an outstanding warrant.
January 29
1:25 a.m. A 36-year-old Columbus man allegedly assaulted Columbus Division of Police officers and hospital security guards at OhioHealth Pickerington Methodist Hospital.
2:25 p.m. A 20-year-old Pickerington man was cited after reportedly running a red light at Tussing Road and Winderly Lane and striking another vehicle.
2:50 p.m. A 62-year-old man reported multiple fraudulent charges on his bank account.
January 30
8:51 a.m. A 42-year-old Baltimore woman was cited after allegedly running a red light at Hill Road and Old Diley Road, colliding with two other vehicles. One person was transported to a hospital with minor injuries.
2:02 p.m. Officers found a 43-year-old Canal Winchester man unconscious behind the wheel after his vehicle rear-ended another at Center and Columbus streets. After breaking a window, officers administered Narcan. The man was arrested and charged with failing to maintain an assured clear distance and operating a vehicle while impaired.
3:18 p.m. A resident reported a damaged mailbox on Long Road. Police matched car parts left at the scene to the vehicle involved in the earlier Center Street collision.
6:07 p.m. An unknown driver reportedly struck a parked vehicle at Johnson’s Real Ice Cream and fled the scene.
8:55 p.m. — At Kohl’s, a 47-year-old woman and a 57-year-old man, both from Columbus, were arrested after allegedly stealing $580 worth of merchandise.
January 31
7:18 p.m. — A 37-year-old Columbus man was cited for driving without a license and failure to properly display license plates after rear-ending another vehicle at Meadows Boulevard and North Center Street.
February 1
6:44 p.m. — Following a traffic stop near Refugee Road and Fullers Way for fictitious plates and driving without a license, a 35-year-old Columbus man was arrested on an active warrant out of Columbus.
