February 14

3:36 p.m. – A student at Heritage Elementary required medical attention after another boy kneed him in the groin.

February 16

11:35 p.m. – A man allegedly assaulted at Finnegan’s Wake was taken to OhioHealth Pickerington for treatment.

February 18

10:17 a.m. – An unknown person wearing a hoodie stole an iPhone from an unlocked vehicle in the Longview Acres neighborhood.
9:15 p.m. – A Wellington Park resident reported that on February 14, her surveillance system captured footage of a man she knows disconnecting her Ring doorbell.

February 19

10:48 a.m. – The manager of Speedway reported that an employee stole $330 from the store.
2:45 p.m. – A 49-year-old man who walked into the police station to file a report was arrested on a warrant from the U.S. Marshals Service.
3:33 p.m. – Kohl’s reported a shoplifting incident that occurred on February 10.

February 20

2:35 a.m. – An officer allegedly witnessed a Nissan Pathfinder with a broken taillight run a red arrow to turn left onto Tussing Road. Upon conducting a traffic stop, the officer discovered the 30-year-old driver had a suspended license. After a field sobriety test, she was cited for driving while intoxicated.
10:13 a.m. – Someone reportedly entered an unoccupied home in the Sycamore Creek neighborhood through a basement window. Once inside, they allegedly tore down cabinets, broke railings, spray-painted walls, dumped rice throughout the house, and egged multiple rooms.
2:43 p.m. – A student at Ridgeview Junior High received multiple threatening text messages from two unknown numbers.
3:17 p.m. – A silver SUV allegedly rear-ended a gray Ford Fusion near Porter’s Coffee in Pickerington Village, then fled the scene.

February 22

3:24 a.m. – A 19-year-old man was cited for underage possession of marijuana after an officer allegedly witnessed his Toyota run a stop sign in the Cherry Hill neighborhood.
8:25 p.m. – Police were called to Pediatric Associates on Old Diley Road, where they found a Honda CR-V parked crookedly with its lights on. Behind the wheel was a 54-year-old woman who allegedly appeared confused and smelled of alcohol. She reportedly consented to a field sobriety test but was unable to remain upright.
9:33 p.m. – Roosters reported that a man was causing a scene in the restaurant, claiming that someone had parked too close to his car. He then allegedly returned to the parking lot and slashed the tires of the offending vehicle.
