The Fairfield County Auditor’s Office is pleased to announce the availability of an updated tax levy estimator tools on the Auditor’s Real Estate website. Tutorials on how to use the updated online tools are also found on the website.

County Auditor Carri Brown stated, “If a property owner would like to estimate the amount of tax
associated with a ballot issue, the online tool for the levy estimator can be helpful.”

For the Tuesday, November 5, 2024, general election, all Fairfield County residents will see a renewal levy for ADAMH. Additionally, residents of the Village of Bremen, Clearcreek Township, Greenfield Township, Hocking Township, the Village of Millersport, and Walnut Township Local School District will see proposed levy issues on their ballots. General fact sheets about the issues are on the County Auditor’s website and are found below.

Estimates calculated with the online tool are based on known information.
