Columbus, Ohio – Fairytales and Tiny Tails Rescue, a nonprofit kitten rescue based in Central Ohio, is hosting an online raffle to raise funds for their cats. The raffle runs from August 1st to August 22nd, and all proceeds go to the medical bills and other costs incurred by caring for the kittens.

“Fairytales and Tiny Tails Rescue is an amazing organization that helps save cats and kittens in need,” Said Camden, a volunteer and foster for the organization. “All of the helpless kitties need some love and support, so helping Fairytales and Tiny Tails Rescue is a great way to do that.”

Fairytales and Tiny Tails Rescue was founded earlier this year with the goal of saving vulnerable kittens in Central Ohio, providing foster care, medical treatment, and essential support. With passionate volunteers, commitment, and community support, they ensure that every kitten thrives and finds a loving forever home, turning their tiny tales into life changing stories.

“The tough truth is that kittens are expensive, whether it’s medical bills, or food to support them as they age, it becomes pricey,” Said Operations Assistant Emily Helms. “This raffle will not only help us to offset those costs, but help us continue our mission of making sure our kittens, and adult cats, find their perfect homes.”

The raffle aims to raise $500. If the goal is reached, a second winner will be randomly selected. As of now, the rescue has raised $69 from the raffle, around 13% of their overall goal. Each ticket costs $3, with the chance of winning a $50 prize from the rescue’s shop, which can be viewed on their website. Raffle tickets can be purchased at givebutter.com/PurrfectRaffle.

The raffle drawing will be conducted by the Fairytales and Tiny Tails Rescue team on August 25 at 2:00 PM, EST. The winner will be announced publicly on their social media and contacted directly via the email used for their donation.

“Even just one ticket can cover the cost of one meal for a cat,”  Paige Stefanowski, Cofounder and Co Director of Operations, said. “Any and all donations are greatly appreciated for these amazing and loveable cats.”
