Fairfield County, Ohio – The Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office has arrested Amanda Spain, age 38 of Lancaster, Ohio, on one count of Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor, a felony offense under Ohio law.

The charge stems from an investigation conducted by the Sheriff’s Office after receiving a report of involving an underage male victim. Detectives initiated an inquiry, gathered evidence, and interviewed all involved parties. Based on the findings, the case was presented to the Fairfield County Prosecutor’s Office, resulting in the filing of charges.

Spain was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Fairfield County Jail. She is currently being held pending her initial court appearance in Fairfield County Municipal Court.

The investigation remains ongoing. No additional details regarding the victim will be released to protect their privacy.
