Join Education Specialist Miranda for s’mores around a campfire! We will start the evening off by talking about fire building and fire safety, followed by campfire stories and songs. If you know any, please bring them to share with everyone. Once the sun starts to set, we will set off on a short night hike and listen for nighttime animals. The hike is optional.

Meet in the open picnic shelter toward the back of the park.

What to Bring
Bring or wear shoes to hike in if you plan to go on the night hike. The trail could be muddy, so select your footwear to match weather conditions. You may bring a flashlight, but we will be using them sparingly. Please bring your own bug spray and chairs or blankets.
