The District Advisory Council (DAC) for the Fairfield County General Health District will hold their fall special meeting on Wednesday, August 30^th at 7:00PM at the Fairfield County Health Department offices located at 1550 Sheridan Drive, Suite 100, Lancaster OH 43130.

DAC members will receive a report on the status of current and planned programs and activities of the Health Department from Joe Ebel, Fairfield County Health Commissioner. Senior staff will also be in attendance to answer questions.  If a majority of the members of the district council are not present, and executive committee may be formed.

Ohio’s general health district advisory councils were formed under Ohio Revised Code Section 3709.03. The council consists of the chairperson of the board of trustees of each township, the president of the board of county commissioners, and the mayor of each village, or their designees.
