"Threads Through Time", our special Heritage Day event, will feature one-of-a-kind textiles from our collection. Visitors will see a quilt from the Pickering Family with names embroidered into it, a flag made by local women to honor soldiers who served in WWI with their names stitched onto stars, and a woven throw with Pickering family names woven into the yarn.
Partake in a variety of historic Independence Day activities, displays, and entertainment from 1-4pm. Participate in our "Most Beautiful Pie" contest. Pie entries must be submitted between 1:45-2:15.
Join the fun at the City of Pickerington America 250 Celebration and compete in the Pie Eating Contest! The Pie Eating Contest, sponsored by the Pickerington Public Library, will be hosted outside at Combustion Brewery during the celebration. Sign up in advance and conquer the competition!
