Sleep Training Expert Guidance For Parents and Caregivers

Learn ways to improve your child’s sleep and discover practical, research-informed strategies for success with experts from Nationwide Children’s Hospital Child Development Center.

Join Dr. Asomani-Adem to learn about strategies for improving your child’s sleep. Topics to be discussed will include setting up for success, independent sleep, and helping children stay in bed. Caregivers will also have the opportunity to ask questions during and after the presentation.

Akua A. Asomani-Adem, PhD, HSP, is a pediatric clinical psychologist at the Nationwide Children’s Hospital Child Development Center. Her clinical interests include assessment and diagnosis of neurodevelopmental disabilities as well as behavioral consultation for families of children with sleep, toilet training, and elopement concerns. Dr. Asomani-Adem is committed to providing easily digestible, research-informed information to help children and their families.
