Lions Veterans Appreciation Night 11/11

The Pickerington Lions Club is holding a very special meeting on November 11 at the loft of Combustion Brewery, 80 West Church Street in downtown Pickerington.

Tonight “we the people” are showing those who defend our freedom that we have their six.

This will be a Veteran’s Appreciation Night and Fundraiser for various military veteran charities.  Our speakers will include Commander James Kaster of American Legion Post 283, Bronze Star recipient and Marine veteran Dr. Russel Clark and representatives from Disabled Veterans Ohio Chapter 3. 

The meeting is open to the public. Social time and a cash bar will open at 6:30 pm followed by the program at 7 pm.  Cash Bar and light food available.  

There is NO COST to attend. However, we are asking businesses and individuals to attend, listen to our speakers and DONATE.  Please spread the word about this meeting.

Checks and pledges have already come in.  One anonymous donor has already given $1,000.
