SUMMARY:Pickerington Community Theatre presents 'Something Rotten'
DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the Renaissance and the outrageous\, crowd-pleasing musical farce\, Something Rotten.  Created by Grammy Award-winning songwriter Wayne Kirkpatrick\, and successful screenwriters Karey Kirkpatrick and John O’Farrell\, Something Rotten was lauded by audience members and critics alike\, receiving several Best Musical nominations and hailed by Time Out New York as “the funniest musical comedy in at least 400 years”. \nSet in the 1590s\, brothers Nick and Nigel Bottom are desperate to write a hit play but are stuck in the shadow of that Renaissance rock star known as “The Bard.” When a local soothsayer foretells that the future of theatre involves singing\, dancing and acting at the same time\, Nick and Nigel set out to write the world’s very first musical. But amidst the scandalous excitement of opening night\, the Bottom Brothers realize that reaching the top means being true to thine own self\, and all that jazz. \n\n\n\n\nContent Advisory: Something Rotten includes suggestive themes and situations that is best suited for PG-13 audiences. \nJuly 10 – 19\nFri & Sat 8:00 pm\, Sun: 2:00 pm \n\nShare this:\n Share on Facebook (Opens in new window)\n Facebook\n \n Share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window)\n LinkedIn\n \n Share on Threads (Opens in new window)\n Threads\n \n Share on X (Opens in new window)\n X\n Like this:Like Loading…

As a ferocious winter descends on Arendelle\, Anna sets off on an epic journey to find Elsa and bring her home – with the help of hardworking ice harvester Kristoff\, his loyal reindeer Sven\, and a happy-go-lucky snowman named Olaf. \nFull of magic\, humor\, and a stunning musical score\, Frozen is a powerful tale of sisterhood\, acceptance\, and finding the real meaning of true love.” \nShows:\n7/10 – 7pm\n7/11 – 2pm\n7/12 – 2pm\n7/19 – 1pm & 6pm | Lancaster Festival\n7/26 – 2pm \nTickets $20 \n\nShare this:\n Share on Facebook (Opens in new window)\n Facebook\n \n Share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window)\n LinkedIn\n \n Share on Threads (Opens in new window)\n Threads\n \n Share on X (Opens in new window)\n X\n Like this:Like Loading…

SUMMARY:Homebuyer Workshop - Path to Homeownership
DESCRIPTION:Whether you are just starting to save or are ready to make an offer\, this session provides the clarity and tools needed to transition confidently from renter to homeowner. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nThis workshop is designed to break down the core pillars of mortgage readiness: credit health and the debt-to-income (DTI) ratio. We will explore how your credit score acts as a key to different interest rates and how managing your monthly obligations against your earnings impacts your total borrowing power. \nBeyond the numbers\, we will compare various loan products—from conventional financing to government-backed options—to find the right fit for your unique situation. Finally\, we’ll uncover the “hidden” resources often overlooked by buyers: down payment assistance programs. \nYour presenters: \nCallihan Benson is the Financial Center Manager at Heartland Bank\, a Division of German American Bank\, in Pickerington. She has 18 years of experience in retail banking. She is the treasurer of the Tri-County Area Realty Association\, and a member of the Pickerington Lion’s Club. Callihan loves building relationships and helping her customers save time and money.
