Learn about the lives of the people who opened and closed the locks for travelers on the Ohio-Erie in the 1800s\, including the local Benadum family. Jack Campbell of the Fairfield County Park District will be speaking at this program. Jack gave a wonderful program on the locks in Carroll and the surrounding areas last year\, so don’t miss this one! Guests are always welcome and there is no charge to attend.
