DESCRIPTION:Do you walk you dog or does your dog walk you?  Bring your furry best friends to Mambourg Park and walk with us! \nPlease understand that if your dog is aggressive toward people or other dogs\, you will be asked to walk apart from the group. \nWhat to Expect \nHickory Trail is approximately 1.5 miles long and is considered easy to moderate. The terrain is uneven. Wear comfortable shoes. The trail could be muddy\, so select your footwear to match weather conditions. \nThe Education Specialist will be doing some interpretation of the native plant and animal life\, but it is not necessary to stay in a tight group – everyone may walk at his own pace. \n  \n\nWhere to Meet \nMeet in the front parking lot near the kiosk. \nWhat to Bring \nWe suggest you bring drinking water\, snacks\, sunscreen\, and insect repellent. \nFollow this Event on Facebook \n       \n\nTo receive updates about this program\, click/tap “Interested” or “Going” on this event on Facebook.  In the Discussion section you can post photos of your adventure – we love to see them! \nPets \nPets are always welcome on Hickory Trail at Mambourg Park but must be under control and on a leash no longer than 6’.
