DESCRIPTION:Join us at Alley Park for our Maple Tapping Festival on March 12\, 2022. Visit our log cabin stations to learn about the history of maple tapping in America. Stop by the sugar shack and see the evaporator in action cooking down the sap to make maple syrup. The lower level of the nature center will be open with more displays\, animals\, and a craft for the kids. Ohio Valley Kettle Corn will be selling Maple Flavored Kettle Corn. Tim Kirby will be selling local made maple syrup. A pancake breakfast will be held in the upper level of the lodge. A plate of three large pancakes\, 3 sausages\, coffee\, and orange juice is $5.00.
